Grupo SURA hereby announces that, its Board of Directors at a meeting held today gave its approval for calling the General Assembly of Shareholders to an Ordinary Meeting on Friday, March 26, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.

In the light of the public health situation unleashed by the current COVID-19 pandemic, the framework for holding this meeting shall be announced when the corresponding Notice of Meeting and Agenda is published.
