(Grupo SURA) informs that its subsidiary Suramericana S.A. has obtained the approval of the relevant authorities to acquire (directly and indirectly) the following companies in the percentages indicated: In Chile RSA Seguros Chile S.A. 99.4976% RSA Seguros de Vida S.A. 100% RSA Chilean Holding SpA. 100% Inversiones RSA Chile Limitada 100% Servicios y Ventas Compañía Limitada 100% In Argentina Royal & Sun Alliance Seguros (Argentina) S.A.99.35%% Aseguradora de Créditos y Garantías S.A. 99.99% Atlantis Sociedad Inversora S.A. 100% Santa Maria del Sol S.A. 100% After signing the Purchase Agreement to acquire the operations of RSA in Latin America, as reported to the market on September 2015, the transaction pertaining to Argentina was approved by the Superintendencia de Seguros de la Nación (National Superintendency of Insurance) and with regards to Chile by the Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros (Superintendency of Securities and Insurance). The closing of the acquisition in these countries it is expected to occur next April 29, when these companies will be part of the SURA conglomerate.
