​ In compliance with the duties to disclose material information, Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana S.A. (Grupo SURA) informs that today its subsidiary Suramericana S.A. has formalized the acquisition of the 100% of the company Royal & Sun Alliance Seguros (México) S.A. de C.V. With this closing, the aforementioned company is now part of the SURA conglomerate. The completion of the acquisition in this country is added to the completion of the acquisition in Brazil, Colombia, Chile and Argentina this past February, March and April respectively; authorities from Uruguay are expected to also issue their approval in due course; in order to complete the acquisition of the operations of RSA in Latin America.​
