Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana S.A. (Grupo SURA) hereby announces that its subsidiary Suramericana S.A. has set up a new subsidiary called Suramericana Tech S.A.S., domiciled
in Colombia, this for the purpose of accelerating the development of the digital channels of
its subsidiaries in Latin America, this with a view to transforming the relationships with their
clients and reaching new segments. The amount initially invested in this Company shall be
almost COP 2,000,000, which is equivalent to a 100% stake in this Company’s share capital.
