Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana S.A. (Grupo SURA) hereby informs that, as part of a process aimed at reorganizing the assets of its subsidiary Suramericana S.A. in Chile, the Company Inversiones Sura Chile Limitada, domiciled in Chile, was incorporated as a temporary investment vehicle for this sub-holding. The amount initially invested in this Company comes to almost USD 18.8 million which is equivalent to a 100% stake in this Company’s share capital.

Once the aforementioned reorganization process is completed, the market shall be duly informed of how this Company is evolving.
