Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana S.A. (Grupo SURA) hereby informs the market of the following:

• The Colombian Superintendency of Finance has ordered Grupo SURA to publish, through the channel provided for reporting relevant information, an announcement that in recent days, executives of Grupo SURA met with representatives of the International Holding Company - IHC.
• The aforementioned meeting was held as part of the ordinary course of Grupo SURA's business, which includes, among other things, maintaining permanent contact with current and potential investors.
• This type of meeting does not require any authorization from the corporate bodies of Grupo SURA, nor, in the opinion of the Company and its legal advisors, do they constitute relevant information in accordance with the provisions of applicable regulations (Decree 2555 of 2010, as amended by Decree 151 of 2021).
