Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana S.A. (Grupo SURA) informs the market that, as part of a Class Action filed by Diego Patiño Moreno against María Ximena Lombana Villalba, Ángela María Tafur Domínguez and Andrés Bernal Correa:

• The Civil Chamber of the Superior Court of Medellín announced today that, in response to the appeal filed by the defendants against the precautionary measures decreed by the 10th Civil Circuit Court as part of the aforementioned class action, it has rejected said appeal and instead upheld the decision of the 10th Civil Court of the Oral Circuit of Medellín and ordered the precautionary measures decreed therein to remain in force.

This information has been divulged to the market as part of the commitment made in in the Relevant Information previously published on this same matter on November 17, 2022, namely to keep the market informed of any developments with this judicial proceeding.

Grupo SURA is neither a plaintiff nor a defendant in these proceedings.
