Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana S.A. ("Grupo SURA") hereby announces that today Alianza Fiduciaria S.A., as legal representative of the holders of the bonds issued and placed by Grupo SURA, at the request of Grupo SURA, published in the newspaper El Colombiano a notice calling for a first joint meeting of the General Assembly of Ordinary Bondholders corresponding to Grupo SURA´s^[1] current issues placed on the primary market, these being: (i) the issue of 2009 bonds and (ii) three issues corresponding to the 2014 Issue and Placement Program for Ordinary Bonds and Commercial Paper as amended from time to time.

The approval for this call was carried out in compliance with the necessary processes and authorizations.
