This refers to local, regional, and national regulators and control entities that regulate or affect Grupo SURA’s decisions. In addition, the national, regional, and local authorities, which are the various State actors (legislative, executive, and judicial) that interact with the Company, either as regulatory authorities, or through the various public-private interactions. This interaction is especially relevant for creating public policies with an understanding of the role the company plays in social development.

This group of stakeholders consists of the following subgroups:

  • Regulators: local, regional, and national regulatory authorities and control bodies that regulate or impact Grupo SURA’s decisions.
  • National, regional, and local authorities: These are the various State actors (legislative, executive, and judicial) that interact with the Company, either as regulatory authorities, or through various public-private interactions.   • Influence the creation of regulations and public policies that strengthen the country’s business and economic dynamics.
  • Be a relevant, reliable, and proactive partner with regulators to promote the appropriate development of the business.
  • Continue to build trust in the organization’s accountability process.

  • Influence the creation of public policies to strengthen the development of the country and its business and economic dynamics.
  • Be a relevant, reliable, and proactive partner with regulators to promote the appropriate development of the environment and the business.
