Seguros SURA Colombia received the Efma-Accenture Award for Innovation in Insurance. This global recognition analyzed about 395 projects of 287 companies, in 54 countries of the world. These initiatives allow the implementation of technologies related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, to improve the user experience and the digitalization of services.
The Company obtained Silver recognition in the Transformation category of the Insurance Core, which recognizes significant improvements in processes, from automation, analytics and artificial intelligence, to improve the provision of services and their customization. In addition, solutions from its portfolio were highlighted, such as digital protection, legal protection insurance and the collection of auto policies, according to user habits.

The winning projects were selected by an international panel of jury experts in the insurance business and the voting of various insurance companies in the world. In this way, the recognition is achieved thanks to the joint and comprehensive view of the solutions presented.
It should be noted that Efma is a non-profit organization made up of about 3,300 companies from 130 countries. It was created in 1971 by banking and insurance companies, in order to establish knowledge networks between different companies and facilitate decision making and the implementation of good practices that improve the processes of the financial sector. For its part, Accenture is a global company of strategic services, digital consulting, technology and operations. It has 477 thousand clients from 40 sectors of the economy.
