​ The Chairman of Grupo SURA is pleased to announce that, following the corresponding evaluation and selection process, and at a meeting of the Board of Directors held today, Ms. TATYANA OROZCO DE LA CRUZ has been appointed as the Company's new Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, who shall be taking over as Company Secretary. Tatyana shall be replacing Mr. Fernando Ojalvo Prieto, who is due to retire on April 30th, as recently announced.   Our new Chief Corporate Affairs Officer holds a B.A. degree in Economics from the Univiersidad de los Andes, a Specialist degree in Marketing from the Universidad del Norte as well as a Master´s degree in Development Management from the London School of Economics. With her skills, extensive knowledge and experience in both the public and private sectors, in which she served as Head of the Department of Social Prosperity, Head of the National Planning Department, Executive Director of the Probarranquilla Foundation as well as the Port Authorities of Barranquilla, among other posts, she offers an ideal professional profile for helping the SURA Business Group to further its growth and development in Latin America.   Tatyana shall begin to work with Mr. Fernando Ojalvo Prieto as of Monday April 30 so as to take over her new duties as of May 1st.
