​ In compliance with the duties to report material information, Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana S.A. hereby announces that the General Assembly of Shareholders at their annual meeting held today approved that Ernst & Young Audit S.A.S., act as the Company’s External Auditing for the fiscal periods 2016 and 2017. The fee to be paid to the Company’s External Auditing Firm for the period April 2016 to March 2017, is the amount of USD 86,306 per year.​
