​ In compliance with the duties to disclose material information, Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana S.A. (Grupo SURA) informs that its subsidiary Suramericana S.A. has obtained the approval of the relevant authorities to acquire the 100% of the shares of the company Royal & Sun Alliance Seguros (México) S.A. de C.V.. After signing the Purchase Agreement to acquire the operations of RSA in Latin America, reported to the market on September 2015, the transaction in Mexico was approved by the Comisión Nacional de Seguros y Fianzas (National Insurance and Surety Commission) and the Comisión Federal de Competencia Económica (Federal Economic Competition Commission). The closing in this country it is expected to occur next May 31, when this company will be part of the SURA conglomerate.
