Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana S.A. hereby announces that, at today's meeting of the Board of Directors, Jorge Mario Velásquez Jaramillo, Alejandro Piedrahita Borrero, María Carolina Uribe Arango and Jaime Bermúdez Merizalde resigned from their positions as members of the Company´s Board of Directors, which shall be effective only when the General Assembly of Shareholder s appoints a new Board of Directors.

Grupo SURA’s Senior Management would like to express their gratitude to Mr. Velasquez, Mr. Piedrahita, Ms. Uribe and Mr. Bermudez for their participation and contributions during the time they served on the Company´s B oard of Directors.

For the purposes of the Extraordinary Shareholders´ Meeting to be held next Wednesday, June 22, at the request of Grupo Argos S.A. shareholders and related parties. In the coming days the resumes of the candidates proposed to serve on the Board of Directors shall be published on the Company's website (https://www.gruposura.com/relacion-con-inversionistas/accion/asamblea-de-accionistas/) as well as an analysis of their suitability, disqualifications and incompatibilities so that shareholders may have the information they need to make an informed decision at this upcoming meeting.

We would like to remind you that the aforementioned Ext raordinary Shareholders' Meeting shall be held next Wednesday, June 22 at 7:00 am am, at the Suramericana Theater located at Carrera 64 B No. 49 A 30 in the city of Medellín.
