Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana S.A. (Grupo SURA), hereby reports that Mónica Guarín Montoya, current Chief Human and Social Development Officer and one of Grupo Sura´s legal representatives, announced her decision to resign from her position for personal reasons.

In Mónica we recognized a committed and responsible professional, who assumed Grupo SURA´s objectives as her own, based on the quest to create social, economic and environmental value in a harmonious way for society as a whole.

Monica shall remain in her position until February 28, 2022 and in the coming days will be coordinating the transition of her ongoing activities and projects with the team she has led in recent years.
