​ In compliance with current reporting requirements, Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana S.A. (Grupo SURA) hereby announces that SURA Investment Management Colombia S.A.S., a subsidiary of SURA Asset Management S.A., one of the Group´s two core subsidiaries, has declared joint control in conjunction with Credicorp Capital Holding Colombia S.A.S. over the company, Unión para la Infraestructura S.A.S. Unión para la Infraestructura S.A.S.’ business purpose is to provide investment advisory services with regard to the professional handling of investment funds with which to finance infrastructure projects. Grupo Sura´s holds an indirect stake in this new company through SURA Investment Management Colombia S.A.S. which holds 50% of its share capital. Credicorp Capital Holding Colombia S.A.S. holds the remaining 50% stake in this jointly controlled company.​
