​ In compliance with current reporting requirements, Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana S.A. (hereinafter “Grupo SURA”) hereby announces that its subsidiary  Sura Asset Management S.A. in conjunction with the latter´s own subsidiary Sura Asset Management Perú S.A. (both hereinafter referred to as ‘Sura AM’) have signed a share purchase agreement for the purpose of divesting the entire (100%) stake directly and indirectly held in the Peruvian companies Seguros Sura S.A. (Seguros Sura Perú), mainly dedicated to the annuity business, and Hipotecaria Sura Empresa Administradora Hipotecaria S.A. (Hipotecaria Sura), a specialized mortgage firm.
