The General Shareholders' Meeting approved the distribution of COP 320,087 million of profits for the payment of dividends, at the rate of COP 550 for each ordinary and preferential share, that is, an increase of 6.2% compared to the dividend paid the previous year and a 3 % higher than the increase in the Colombian inflation rate of 2018.

The approval confirms the upward trend in the payment of dividends during the last years.

These dividends will be paid in four equal installments of COP 137.5 per share on April 12, July 2, October 1 and January 2, 2020.

This distribution is possible thanks to the financial results of the Business Group, which allowed the holding company Grupo SURA to receive a net profit of COP 648,593 million (USD 291.5 million).
