​ In compliance with the duties to report material information, Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana S.A. hereby announces that as part of the development of the procedure conducted by the Colombian Tax Authorities (DIAN in Spanish) to review the Company’s Income Tax Return corresponding to the tax years 2009 to 2012, it has recently received notifications about the tax review liquidation and sanction. The tax return has not yet become final and are originated in differences in interpretation criteria with the Colombian Tax Authorities. The Company shall therefore be challenging this decision via the legal remedies at its disposal​​​
