First Property Investment Fund in Peru closes the first stage of share allotment
Lima, June 6, 2016. SURA, part of SURA Asset Management under Grupo SURA, announced that their Property Investment Fund (FIRBI SURA Asset Management) reached USD 5,655,000 in managed assets. This product was launched onto the market in April, to respond to SURA Asset Management's objectives, as a new investment strategy supported on the acquisition of properties to generate biannual income for the investors, thus diversifying their investment portfolios.
This property investment fund, unique in Peru and endorsed by SURA at a regional level, offers a professional administration and management, liquidity and diversification, and periodic income generation supported on the acquisition of properties, mainly Prime corporate offices with current lease agreements located in the districts of San Isidro (financial and business center) and Miraflores.
This investment instrument has a low correlation with traditional assets, which translates into diversification for investors. Furthermore, this fund has a property value appreciation potential over time, thus generating an additional return to the regular lease income.
