Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana S.A. hereby announces that the Public Deed No. 267 was duly granted by Notary Public No. 14 of the Circuit of Medellin, which contains the amendments made to the Company’s by-laws, as authorized at the last Annual Meeting of the General Assembly of Shareholders, held on March 27, 2020.

This complements the information published on March 27, announcing the decision taken by our shareholders to amend our corporate by-laws while also including the entire text of said amendments.
