Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana S.A. (Grupo SURA), hereby announces the incorporation of the company Sura Servicios, domiciled in Brazil, whose main activity shall be risk management, especially in the mobility ecosystem in Brazil.

Through its subsidiary Suramericana S.A., Grupo SURA will hold an indirect stake of 100% in this Company’s share capital. In principle, the amount invested in this company comes to almost USD 4,000.
