​ Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana S.A. ("Grupo SURA") hereby announces that today, Alianza Fiduciaria S.A., the Legal Representative of all those holders of Ordinary Bonds corresponding to the Ordinary Bond Prospectus issued in November 2009 ("2009 Prospectus"), published a notice of meeting in the national newspapers "El Tiempo" and "El Colombiano", corresponding to the second call for the General Assembly of Holders of Ordinary Bonds corresponding to the 2009 Prospectus.  The purpose of this meeting is to present a merger proposal whereby Grupo SURA would absorb its subsidiaries Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana Panamá S.A. and Gruposura Finance this so as to allow said bondholders to decide on this matter.  Please refer to the aforementionednotice of meeting on this page.​
