Given the information that has been circulating regarding alleged changes with regard to the position of the Chief Executive Officer of Grupo SURA, we hereby declare that there are no such changes to the Group´s leadership and consequently Mr. David Bojanini García continues as Chief Executive Officer of Grupo SURA.
