Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana S.A. hereby announces that the Board of Directors approved to submit for consideration of the General Assembly of Shareholders a dividend payment of COP $ 550.00 per share, payable in four installments on April, July and October of 2019, and January of 2020. The proposed dividend represents an increase of 6.18% compared to that received the previous year.
