Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana S.A. (Grupo SURA) hereby informs the market that, as part of the legal proceedings filed by the Company against María Ximena Lombana Villalba, Ángela María Tafur Domínguez and Andrés Bernal Correa, the Fifth Civil Judge of the Circuit of Medellín ruled as follows:

• To maintain in force the measure ordering Grupo SURA's legal representatives to refrain from carrying out any orders or instructions that allegedly come from its Board of Directors when such orders or instructions have been adopted with the participation and votes of less than four (4) of its members.
• Due to the fact that on November 18, 2022 the tender offer for Grupo Nutresa shares was declared void, other precautionary measures relating to this tender offer were lifted.
• To deny the request for a declaration of invalidity and the appeal for reconsideration filed by Ms. María Ximena Lombana Villalba against the judicial measures through which they were notified of the lawsuit having been admitted.
