​ Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana S.A. (hereinafter “Grupo SURA”) hereby announces that its subsidiary Sura Asset Management S.A. (hereinafter Sura AM) has set up a new subsidiary in Mexico called WM Asesores en Inversiones, S.A. de C.V. this for the purpose of offering investment advisory services to its clients as part of its wealth management business.  Both Grupo SURA and Sura AM shall hold indirect stakes in this new company, through Sura Asset Management México, S.A. of de C.V. (99.99%) and Sura Art Corporation, S.A. de C.V. (0.01%), all of which form part of the SURA Business Group​.
