Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana S.A. (hereinafter “Grupo SURA”) hereby announces that its subsidiary Sura Asset Management S.A. (hereinafter “Sura AM”) shall set up a new subsidiary in Peru called Sociedad Titularizadora SURA S.A., whose economic activity shall consist of managing securitization trusts in said country, once due authorization is obtained from the Peruvian Superintendency of Securities Markets (Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores de Perú).

Grupo SURA and Sura AM shall indirectly hold ownership stakes in this new Company through Sociedad Agente de Bolsa SURA S.A., which forms part of the SURA Business Group, and who in turn shall have a direct 100% stake in this new venture. The amount to be invested in this new company comes to almost USD 500,000.
