​ In accordance with current reporting requirements, Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana S.A. - Grupo SURA - hereby announces that today its Board of Directors, in recognition of the important role that sustainability plays in terms of the Organization's overall strategy, decided to realign the functions of the Group`s Corporate Governance Committee by assigning additional responsibilities in this area. Consequently, the Board authorized amendments to be made to the Group`s Code of Good Governance with respect to the Corporate Governance Committee, which shall henceforth be referred to as the “Sustainability and Corporate Governance Committee”. This Committee shall be taking over the new functions inherent to the SURA Business Group`s strategic planning in all those matters relating to sustainability.​
