He is a commercial engineer from Universidad Finis Terrae and holds an MBA from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. With more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector, he began his professional career in 1997 at Grupo Santander, where he held various positions in the financial area. In 2008 he joined the investment fund manager Celfin Capital (Chile) where he was Executive Director. Subsequently, in 2012 he was appointed General Manager of Banco Corpbanca in Colombia. Between 2017 and 2018 he was country leader in Chile for Compass Group, a position he held until joining SURA Asset Management in September 2018 as General Manager of AFP Capital.
